Numerous photographs and target evaluation forms, restored from his laptop by the FBI and Homeland Security after his capture, are included. Aamir believes, as do all radical Islamics, in a literal translation of the Qur'an (Koran) as delivered by Allah to the prophet Muhammad and propagated by the radical Imams. His distain for our way of life and counter terrorism efforts are obvious as he compiles detailed reports and photographs of critical targets without fear of detection. He recommends several actions ranging from the introduction of Internet viruses to bioterrorism as well as the infiltration of several anti-government groups.

Today I completed one of my primary tasks to determine the feasibility of employing private aircraft to intercept and destroy commercial flights preferably during take-off, over heavily populated areas of New York and New Jersey.
Ignoring Newark International there are five such airports within my assigned area of which only two could provide a solid base for such an action. Of the two the most logical and easiest to employ is Teterboro as it caters to personal and corporate aircraft as well as several small to medium commercial freight carriers.
The airport has very light security consisting of a single guard at the main building and at the control tower as well as a mobile patrol that circles the runways and aircraft parking area every 55 minutes. Teterboro is located just off New Jersey Route 17 approximately 13 km north of New Jersey Route 3. The take-off and landing patterns for Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark are all within minutes and can be traversed at low altitude making detection from any of the control towers very difficult if not impossible. Even if noticed the towers would very likely assume a private plane off-course and after several contact attempts would not have time to alert the military air protection for the New York City area.
We need to obtain, via purchase or lease, several aircraft of reasonable size, preferably corporate jets, a few weeks prior to the day of the action so the guards become accustomed to our people coming and going. Numerous aircraft located on the property are always posted for sale or lease on a bulletin board in the main building. Therefore rental or purchase along with landing and storage rights should be quite easy.
Owners of the private aircraft can come and go quite freely after passing an initial security check to determine ownership or authorization to load and / or use a specific craft. No further checks are performed even if several trips are made to retrieve and load luggage or small freight as the guards just wave you through and, in numerous instances, around the metal detector.
Regardless of the security, items can be lifted over the small 1.5 meter fence surrounding the entire aircraft parking area next to a roadway that is lightly traveled after 8 pm. On three occasions I counted a maximum of 75 vehicles, none of them law enforcement or security, traveling this road between 8 pm and 2 am. It would be possible to simulate a breakdown with a vehicle carrying our devices and pass the packages over the fence to a comrade who had completed the security checks.
This is a simple plan with low risk of detection and a high probability of success.
